Child Safety Standards

Last updated October 31, 2026

FilmiC is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation on our service.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

FilmiC prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualising or exploiting minors, and any content or behaviour that endangers children. Sharing, requesting, or promoting this material or behaviour leads to immediate removal and permanent account termination.

Who may use FilmiC

You must be 13 or older to use FilmiC, as stated in our Terms of Use and the app’s sign-up requirements.

How to report a concern

Use the Report option on a post or comment in the app and select the reason that best describes the concern. On supported profile screens, use Report profile. You can also report a profile or conversation from the relevant in-app screen where that option is available. Add details when the form provides an optional details field. If you cannot use the app, email pradeepsanti@gmail.com.

How reports are handled

Reports are sent to FilmiC’s review queue for review by an administrator. Depending on the review, administrators can dismiss a report, remove content, warn an account, suspend it, or ban it. Users can block accounts in supported profile or chat screens and manage blocked accounts in Settings. Blocking limits interactions and visibility between the accounts; it does not itself submit a report.

Legal compliance

FilmiC will remove confirmed CSAM and report it to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate Indian authorities, such as the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, in line with applicable law.

Designated child-safety contact

Our designated contact for child-safety matters, including CSAM prevention and compliance, is pradeepsanti@gmail.com.
